Yes, Space Jump of Jackson has full liability insurance. If a customer needs insurance, please allow 3-4 days before the event day for processing.

It is important that you stay aware of expected weather for the day of your event. Our drivers deliver rain or shine, and it is up to you to determine if you would like to cancel your event. Space Jump of Jackson also rents a wide range of tents in different sizes to cover you and your guests in the case of rain.

Yes! Space Jump of Jackson is happy to deliver your order. Our Standard Delivery Area is a roughly 25 mile circle around the Jackson Metro area. Delivery to areas outside our Standard Delivery Area is possible, but may incure an additional charge.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We donĀ“t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Early planning ensures product availability. Space Jump of Jackson recommends making a reservation at your earliest convenience. We take reservations for multiple events every year, and often those reservations can be placed up to a year in advance.

That's because we own and maintain every Space Jump that we list. Some other bounce house vendors have a number of items on their websites which they do not actually own or even have access to. Rather they have an series of bounce houses listed to give the appearance of a wide range of options.

We clean and maintain every one of our Space Jumps, Inflatables or other interactives after every use. Additionally, we'll perform routine maintenance on the Space Jumps, inflatables and our other interactivesafter they've not been rented or used for a period of time. This is all done to ensure that you have as clean, safe and fun of an experience as we can provide.
